Cutest RESCUE Pet Contest Winner

Thank you to all of the 12 entries that were submitted for the Cutest RESCUE Pet Contest and to all of the people who voted with their spare change!  We collected a total of $124.53 with all of your generous donations.  The money will be donated to the Wayne County Humane Society to help out our furry friends! 

Drum roll please……  The winner of the 2012 Cutest RESCUE Pet Contest is Dawn Bernadine’s dog Obadiah Bumbly, who collected $26.03 in donations.

Please be sure to complete all library information literacy workshop or tutorial content, including all quizzes, by midnight on Friday, November 2, 2012. No extensions will be granted, so try to complete the content early to take advantage of bonus quiz submission opportunities.

There’s a new group study space on campus!

Room C-115 can now be reserved for group study or a place to practice presentations. The room, which can be checked out for a 4-hour block of time, includes a meeting table, computer, overhead projector, white boards, and chalk board.
